or service, and how your customers use it. This discovery phase informs the copy I will
create to inform, influence and interest your readers.

than simply generate usable (and hopefully reusable) writing.
As part of my services, I can assist you to better communicate with your
customers in a variety of ways. In the software world, this typically corresponds
to feedback on user interface design and bug reporting as well as help
with release notes and test plans. For health care organizations,
I have facilitated meetings to plan the documentation work necessary
for a successful accreditation review. In Web site work, involving a
writer early in the process adds an “information design” professional
to the team who can advocate for well-developed and organized content,
all too often forgotten in the rush to put up colorful new graphics
and flashy animations.
